Internships at The Otter Bay Company
During his junior year in high school, young, seventeen year old entrepreneur William A. Pattiz, founded his first company, KEPAT Design LLC. The company specialized in web design but also performed jobs for other businesses in the areas of graphic design, video production, virtual tours and more. In his senior year of high school Pattiz redesigned his school’s website. He then moved on to the University of Georgia where he started his second business, The Otter Bay Company. The OBC is an apparel company working towards the goal of providing the world with clothing that conveys class, elegance, and success, to wear everywhere for everything. As a result of the company's rapid success Pattiz is now able to provide motivated individuals with a venue to culminate and manifest their potential in The Otter Bay Company Internship Program.
Program Description
Here at The Otter Bay Company you will never see us release a product for the sake of putting our label on something to make a buck. We look at ever aspect, every inch of our products and construct them based on our four cornerstones: versatility, craftsmanship, elegance, and comfort. The reason we're in business is because there are better ways to build clothes and we live to find them. We are innovators.
Our internship program is extremely unique. We look for talented and motivated college students who already have the tools necessary to be succesful. Otter Bay interns are thrown right into the mix of the everyday operations of the company with a sink or swim mentatility. Individuals who put hard work, creativity, and great effort into their internship rise to the top receiving invaluable experiences.

What makes our internship program unique is that we give our interns the opportunity to design and develop promotional campaigns which they implement under the supervision of the company's senior marketing team, to develop new lines of clothing with the Otter Bay design team, to work directly with the sales team selling products on boht individual and retail levels, and so much more. As opposed to the traditional internship of making copies, stapling papers, and running errands, we offer our interns intuitive, hands-on experience. Otter Bay interns get involved in the actual sales, marketing, and design process.
